Privacy notice · Version 2026-10-01-v2

Who is responsible?

Voyamix is an independent project operated by its founder, who is responsible for the personal information collected through this early-access list. For privacy enquiries or requests about your information, email contact@voyamix.com.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address to send you Voyamix early-access and launch emails. Your first name, last name, country and city are required. We use your name to personalise messages and your country and city to understand where people want Voyamix. Your main reason for joining is optional.

We also record when you signed up, the wording you agreed to, this notice's version and your registration status. If the link you use has campaign labels, we may record its source, medium and campaign to understand which channels bring people to the list. We do not record a full referring URL or advertising click IDs.

The waitlist does not ask for date of birth, exact location, passwords, payment details, health information or your friends' contact details.

Your choice and the legal basis

We rely on your consent to manage this email list and send the specific early-access and launch emails you request. The checkbox is not preselected. You can leave optional fields blank and withdraw your consent whenever you wish. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We keep a minimal suppression record to honour unsubscribe requests and avoid contacting you again without fresh consent. We rely on our legitimate interest in respecting your communication preferences for this limited record.

Storage and service providers

Your registration is stored using Google-hosted services in an account controlled by the founder. The registration records are not publicly accessible, and only the founder has access to manage the list. Google supports the storage and processing of registrations. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare providing hosting infrastructure. Our contact email uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy.

These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, including technical logs. Their services may process information outside the UK. For details about Google’s handling of information and international transfers, see its Privacy Policy and data transfer information.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other businesses for their marketing. Registration is confirmed on this website; no confirmation email is sent.

How long we keep it

Any legacy unconfirmed requests will be removed after seven days. Registered waitlist details will be kept for up to 12 months from signup, or until you withdraw, whichever comes first. When your unsubscribe request is processed, we clear your first name, last name, country, city, interests and campaign labels and keep only a minimal record needed to honour that request and document it. Suppression records will be reviewed after 12 months. Google version history and backups may retain older copies according to its service settings and policies.

Unsubscribe and your rights

You can unsubscribe by emailing contact@voyamix.com. You can request access to your details, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We normally respond to rights requests within one month. We may need to verify your identity.

If you have concerns, contact us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. People outside the UK may have rights to complain to their local data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This landing page does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels, embedded social feeds or analytics scripts. Our hosting and registration providers may use cookies needed to operate their services and protect against abuse. Any future non-essential tracking will require a separate review and the appropriate consent controls before being enabled.

This is a waitlist, not an app account

Joining the list does not create a Voyamix profile or sign you up for event tickets, a general newsletter or partner offers. The app will need its own privacy notice when it launches.
